Continued Connection Reliablility Issues MKR NB 1500

Hello all,

I am having continued connection reliability issues with iot cloud.

Oftentimes the sketch will run correctly until it reaches 'arduinoCloud.update' and then it hangs, and if WDT is enabled it will reset.

Occasionally it will manage to update a few times then will become disconnected.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, we are heavily invested in Arduino products both hardware cost and time investment and so far the reliability is making the product unusable. If there is Arduino staff that can help with this it would be much appreciated.

A further update,

When I finally do get connection, I eventually get this error from the log.

GPRS.isAccessAlive(): 1
Connected to Cellular Network

ArduinoIoTCloudTCP::handle_ConnectMqttBroker could not connect to mqtts-sa.iot.arduino.cc:8883
ArduinoIoTCloudTCP::handle_ConnectMqttBroker 280 connection attempt at tick time 12419811
