I am new for Arduino but I am good at programming so I can turn on/Off pins using other conditions and sensors value but at other side I need 24 V to operate.
What are the possible options for turn on and off 24V source which goes to relay?
I heard about PNP transistors but I am not sure that it will damage Arduino pins ?
And if I can than which Transistor should I use ??

There are thousands of models of transistors. Check the npn ones, learn how to connect them to arduino using base resistor to limit arduino current. You must know how much power consumption has the relay and the coil power.
