Is there a way or a chip that can control 32 leds?
I have 4 digital pins available on my atmega328p
Does anyone can recommend some solution?

Tks for reply, but I need to control some specific outdoor high power leds.. So it must be more customizable...
SPI to shift registers, or possibly localised drivers, using another serial connection.
What are the LEDs you have to drive, spread over what distances?
How are you powering the LRDs ?
If you have A4/A5 available (I2C pins, otherwise), you could use any one of a number of I2C expanders, but you'll have to give us more information about exactly how you intend to control those LEDs (what form of switch, dimming, etc.).

The colored ribbon jumpers are called DuPont Cable. You can buy those with ends of pins or sleeves, they aren't real cheap but each one has 40 wires. You can peel off custom cables to fit sockets or pins, they are very worth prices I've seen.
The 74HC595 will do de job..
