I would like to know wich equipement I need to control from my PC, 5 motors independently ?

What is the stall current of the motors? What voltage do the motors require? One direction of spin or forward and reverse? You need to supply more info.

are they 120V? You asked the same question in motors and mechanics. That is cross posting and cross posting is frowned upon.

More information.
"motors" is a bit vague. Post the datasheet or link for the motors.
Choose an arduino.
Look at
