Control mixing valve for central heating system

Hi !
Is anyone able to control a mixing valve in central heating system , such as constant flow temperature controller
Esbe CRA110

or control rotary units ?

Is this possible ?

In all those links I can't see any data about interfacing to the device even though, in one place, it mentions a joystick control.

All heating rotary units for mixing valves work on princip:

3 wire connect: null, 220V phase for left, and 220V phase for right.
Time from right ( close ) to left (open ) is 1minut or 2 minut - depending on the type.
in the start and end is a limit- end switch
