hi everyone, i want to ask a question about control mobile by using sensor , or Bluetooth , wifi .... , it is possible ? if yes, how can i do it ? because i want to create a program (windows phone) for those people which doesn't have hands ......

I don't have any experience with Windows Phone development. Does the API allow access to the bluetooth serial protocol? Or the wi-fi data stream?
