Control my car using Arduino and OBDII

Hello friends!

I've had an idea I've wanted to try for a long time, but I can't find much info online!
I know that you can see info, (error codes and things) using an OBDII adapter and Arduino. My Idea is this:
I want to control my car via an Arduino and an OBDII adapter.

I want to do silly things like make the windows all roll down at the same time, or honk the horn in a 'nicer' way or be able to control the lighting. Eventually, I'd like to hook it up to voice commands but that's a long-term goal.

Do you think this is possible? Anyone know any good tutorials/instructionals/Learning material for controlling my car via that OBDII port? Which Arduino would you suggest for this project?

I don't have any experience with microcontrollers but I do have experience with programming and coding. Thanks in advance!!!!
