Hi all, I have to two voltage sources 8 V and 15 V, and want to switch the output voltage between 8 and 15 volts. (when 0 output 8 v, when 1 output 15 v).
How can I implement it using 2N7000 or other devices ?

Since Arduino operates at 5 v., I suspect that your safest (not most sophisticated) route would be to use a 5 v. coil SPDT relay, which could be toggled between the two sources. That way the higher voltages are isolated from the Arduino.
