Control TV buttons with arduino

in my tv i have 3 buttons (power, vol+, vol-) i opened tv and i see 4 wires go to buttons

wire 1 GND
wire 2 power btn
wire 3 vol+ btn
wire 4 vol- btn

so if i click any button it just connect the wire 1 with button wire

example to power tv on or off, it just connect WIRE1 with wire 2

. is there a way to connect those wires to arduino and then control the tv with arduino.

im not expert but i think buttons are like INPUT_PULLUP so when GND is connected to them they activate
if i meauser wire 1 and wire 2 i get 3.2v

consider doing the same thing to the TVs remoter control. same effect, no fiddling about in the expensive part
