controll an arduino robot using java netbeans

hi everyone
i made robo using arduino uno and motordriver l293d
i used the followng code in arduino api

but i am not able to establish a connection between arduino uno and netbeans ,and also not able to send to arduino using arrow keys so that i can controll robot using netbeans interface

That sounds like a Java problem.

Sounds more like a user problem.

OP: If you posted your Java code, I'm sure someone here would trip over and say "Hey, that's Java". Might even be able to say more.
