Controlling 4 pumps with variable flow rates

Hello,

I need to control 4 pumps, each with variable flow rates. Preferably I would use 4 cheap pumps like this: Peristaltic Liquid Pump with Silicone Tubing - 12V DC Power : ID 1150 : $24.95 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits

Any help would be much appreciated
