Controlling a CL57T driver

I need help with a sketch that moves a stepper motor a certain amount of steps every time an input is made. Example 5200 steps @ 2000 steps per second When pin ( ?) is high

Thank you.

Do you have your hardware working? Can you move the stepper at all?

@zahmbee, your topic has been moved to a more suitable location on the forum. Introductory Tutorials is for tutorials that e.g. you write, not for questions. Feel free to write a tutorial once you have solved your problem

Please explain where you are stuck?

Thank you JohnRob. I do have all hardware working. I am new to code and wasn’t sure were to ask my questions. Thank you again

To tell you the truth, I've not done anything with steppers but I know conceptually how to approach them.

  1. You must have a hardware stepper motor driver, what is it?
  2. What Arduino do you have?
  3. You will need a "library" for your hardware board. A library is a group of programs that allow you to create a command like Move 20 steps and have the library code command your hardware driver board to move the stepper.

Do you have one chosen?
