i just got this Servo Motor Controller + a motor: http://www.wtb.tue.nl/woc/ptc/education/ogo21/dec_50.pdf
Is it possible to control the speed and position of the Motor with this controller + arudino?

That's a motor driver, not a servo motor controller. It doesn't have an encoder input, and only does
speed control based on the hall sensors. So speed yes, but not position.
