Controlling an AC mini pump

Hi there, I was wondering if you guys had some advice on how to go about hooking up a pump so that I can turn it on and off using an Arduino. Apologies in advance for asking what is probably a very simple question, I don't have experience when it comes to power issues.

This is the pump - it's only a small one, and has a couple of wires coming out of it: http://www.nitto-kohki.eu/en/products-en/pumps-a-compressors/liquid-pumps/item/bps-215i-230v.html?category_id=21 In the data sheet, various stats are given when it's powered by 230V AC @ 50 Hz so I'm guessing I need to provide it with AC power.

So do I need to provide AC power to the pump all the time, and have the Arduino in the mix at some point? Or can a relay on its own go between the Arduino and pump? Maybe this one? http://www.coolcomponents.co.uk/relay-x1-module-1149.html

Thanks in advance!
