Controlling LEDs with voice command through Bluetooth communication

Dear Friends,
I am working on smart car project "PIXY Smart Car" , you can search it on google. I need your help in programming Arduino boards. I need to control two relays through voice commands as mentioned below and you can also have a look on diagram attached.

User will give voice command to ELECHOUSE voice recognition module V3.1 which is connected to Pro Mini Arduino board. Arduino board will receive these commands and will send to Bluetooth module HC05. The Bluetooth module will transmit these commands to another module called Receiver module.
The Receiver module is another Pro Mini Arduino board connected to HC05. The LEDs connected to Arduino will be operated as per voice commands.
