Controlling NB-IoT Module from Arduino Mega

Hello,

Not so new to Arduino, but need to know if my approach is right.

Approach:
Connect any Clickboards via SPI/I2C/UART interface with Arduino Mega using jumper wires.
Configure SPI/I2C/UART interface in Arduino IDE.
Create setup and run example of NB-IoT/LTE-M on NectoStudio IDE and flash it with appropriate APN, SMSC and phone number to message.

Is the approach correct? Am I not seeing something I should be seeing?
