controlling NeoPixel with an Ir-Remote

Hey,

I am traying to controle 300 RGBW NeoPixel Led's vith de Adadafruit libary and an Ir-Remote controle. Everything was fine and I have done all the wirering right, because I was able to runn some exampel skethches for the Led's and the Remotecontrole seperatly. But when I tryed to fuse them together in one programm le Led's weren't responding any more. So put some cases of my switch-case in a comment and then every thing worked again, but I am just able to juse on quater of th buttons of the remotecontrole.

In previus troble-shooting I decidet to add some information in the Serial Monitor, to know what was going on.

By the way I just started programming with the Arduino and would be happy about some usefull help.

That is NOT what that code does.

How much memory is needed to control 300 LEDs? How much is needed to handle the IR decoding? Do you HAVE that much available?
