Controlling speed with transistor motor driver

Hi, I'm using a TIP 127 and TIP 122 module for driving one motor. There are 2 input pins and 1 GND pin for the arduino and a seperate terminal for motor power supply.

  1. Can I control motor speed in anyway using the board
  2. Will there be any contact by the power from the battery to my Arduino generally in these transistor circuit

Please give us a link to the driver board.

You may be able to use PWM to control the motor.
