Controlling the brightness of LED on arduino uno - Simulink

Hi guys, I have been playing around with simulink and am trying to control the brightness of the LED ( steadily gets brighter then dimmer and repeat),

I’ve got the block diagram working on the arduino uno but if I vary the Amplitude of the input sine wave… it changes the level of brightness that i get! So my question is, which amplitude would result in the LED being the brightest on the arduino uno?
