Hello my teacher:
i need send short message with Chinese language by anduino. the first step is to convert the Chinese words to unicode.

i can't find any way to do this convert. do you know some method? or some suggestion ?

Send them where? How? You are presuming, possibly incorrectly, that however you are going to send them supports unicode. In general, the Arduino does not.
