Convert monochrome (ttl) signal to VGA

Hi,
I am trying to help a friend with a CNC machine. His machine has an old (1988) monochrome screen which sends 18kHz TTL signal. The screen har damage component due to age.
I think if I could convert the output from CNC machin (18kHz TTL signal) into VGA signal, we can save the CNC machine which hi is dependen on.

CNC machine is: Morbidelli U26 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5EAaawVR0k)
The documentation says nothing about the screen.

I have experience in programing and Arduino, bu no idea about the TTL/VGA signal and looking forward to hear from you

Best wishes
Karun

You can connect the H and V sync signals directly.
The TTL signal need to be reduced from 5V to about 1V, so a 4.7K/1K voltage divider should work. Connect the voltage divider output to the green input.
It may or may not sync-up but it's simple and worth trying.
