It it possible to use arduino/python to convert lvds signals from a 320x240 lcd (mono), to hdmi. I have a dinosaur recording machine that has a tiny display that is really hard to read. The machine is a Korg D3200. Some company offered a conversion kit that used a DSP, but that company is out of biz, and that whole DSP thing is voodoo stuff that I will never understand. Certainly, any real-time conversion from one digital video format to another would require a DSP chip. Even the fastest Arduino would be 1,000 times too slow I suspect. Anything running python would be 20,000 times too slow!
What about some kind of HDMI "microscope"?
