The blue led asks for a 5V operating voltage. When i use in Ohm's Law R=V/I the voltage is 0 when used with the 5V power supply pin. So I still should use a resistor?(5V powersupply - 5V LED)

Most blue leds I've seen have a 3.5vdc or so forward voltage drop rating. Can you provide a link showing yours having a 5vdc Vf rating?
