CORRUPTED SD CARD DOCUMENTS

Good evening !

For some reason that i cannot explain after reading some values of temperature and pressure (BMP180) with my arduino mega and with the SD card been inicialized and confirmed operational i open it on the computer and some strange documents appear with the name in UNICODE and the dates like : 1/5/1997.
I don't know what is happening !
I tried to format the SD CARD many types to FAT and other system file types but i couldn´t find a way.

Hard to say without seeing some code. Maybe your char isn't terminated with '\0';
