Couldn't find a Board on the selected port (WIN10)

Hi all,

I got an Arduino/Genuino Micro board which is correctly attached via USB, I can see the board listed in the Ports section of Device Manager.

If I try to upload an empty sketch everything works fine but if I try to upload another program I get:

"Couldn't find a Board on the selected port. Check that you have the correct port selected. If it is correct, try pressing the board's reset button after initiating the upload."

I was able to upload the program once but I would like to change it and upload it again.

While uploading I see the COM port changing in Device Manager.

My system is Win10 + Arduino 1.8.8.

Any idea?
