Just still need help in modify my code to change ontime and ontime by arduino not by IDE
Based on what? How will the Arduino know that you want to increase OnTime? To decrease OffTime? By how much? Pressing the switches, if that's what you will be using 300000 times to change OffTime from 3.6 million to 3.3 million doesn't seem like a good idea.
