Hello, im using a CP2102-gmr for my usb to serial connection to a ATMEGA2560 and every time I connect my pcb to the computer, windows recognizes that something is connected and gives me an error and won't let me upload the drivers for the cp2102. Any thoughts on fix?

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed. was the error I received.
And you installed this driver?
Windows won't let me upload the drivers it just says best drivers already installed
You might want to give it a try with Zadig
That never let me down in either removing or replacing a USB driver.
Don't forget to click on "list all devices" under "Options" or you won't see your CP2102
yea I tried zadig it also said failed to install driver, it said Driver Installation: FAILED (Resource already exists)
