CPP recovery from temp folder?

I hadn't saved in several hours (oops!!) when the breaker popped and my workstation cut off.

I did some research and saw some reports of people recovering their last build code from a .CPP file in the Windows temp folder.

I found the build folder in temp, but I don't see the .CPP file without another extension...

.cpp.hex
.cpp.eep
.cpp.elf
.cpp.o
.cpp.d

...were the only ones in there and none of them were any help when opened in Notepad.

This is version 1.0.5-r2 of the IDE.

Any advice? I'd like to not have to re-create the code if possible.
