I own a Creality CR-10S Pro 3D printer that I bought second-hand three years ago. At the time, I knew nothing about it and didn’t identify the problem I’m about to describe: the bed warps as soon as the temperature approaches 90 °C, which prevents me from printing any parts.
I’ve also had issues with the nozzle: I did everything necessary to get it working properly, until it started acting up again and I accidentally broke it while trying to put it back in place. A year ago, I also replaced the bed’s surface coating—without first properly cleaning the bed before applying the new one—and the warping began again.
In three years, I’ve only managed to print two small parts. As a student on a tight budget, I only want to buy a new or second-hand printer as a last resort. But to sum up, I now have two problems: a warped bed and a nozzle that needs replacing. Do you have any advice for resolving these issues?

To fix your CR-10S Pro, clean the bed thoroughly, check if the aluminum plate is warped, and replace it if needed. Add a PEI sheet and use mesh bed leveling to improve adhesion. Keep bed temps lower (around 60 °C for PLA) to reduce warping. For the nozzle, replace it with a new MK8 0.4 mm nozzle while the hotend is heated, and consider replacing the PTFE tube if it’s worn. These low-cost fixes should get your printer working again.
