I have a company for Marketing and I want to create a device for SMS Blaster System on an area of about 200 meters by IMSI and IMEI catcher without to know the number phones.

I want to know how to create and price for this system.

I don`t want to be a big system, be one small system. I just want to place it in a small location in my city.
