hi guys

first, sorry for my english.

i want create a Dimmer so this is a basic demostration of my idea:

the probleme in this demostration is when ill turn on my RSS ill have 0V in my samsung :confused:

for understand how a dimmer work am buying one and i do this video :

but i still not understand how this Dimmer can keep turn on the microcontroller and switch the light on/off with a connection in series(only wire phase)

Sir, I am sorry to inform you that you cannot use an SSR as a dimmer, period.
An SSR is not a phase control circuit. It has a zero crossing detector so it changes state when the voltage is zero. A dimmer is an AC phase control circuit.

can i use MOC3021 ?

No. That will melt when the load approaches 300mW.

If you have to ask these questions you are not able to handle mains voltages safely. Find another project.
