I can't create a new topic. I can reply to existing but when I try to create a topic it gives me the are you human I click the box and it tells me it timed out and I had no subject line. No matter how quick the post is written and they do have a subject line. Something with my account. Any help is most appreciated.

Clearly you can create a new topic, because you just did. But I do sympathize with the problems with captcha and the time out. I had a similar problem the other day with a reply. I was trying to post a reply with three small images. I found that I needed to post the reply with one image, then edit to add each additional image. Very slow and frustrating, but I eventually was successful.
Do you have any attachments on the post you are having trouble with?

I'm having similar issues. Going to full "Modify" instead of Quick Edit seems to at least get le the Captcha dialog and I can post...
