Create Agent on RPi4 -- will it work?

I wish to install the Agent on Pi4/Raspbian.

I downloaded from Github the Linux 64 version. That gives me the icon "arduino CrreateAgent-1.1-linu64.r...". I double-clicked on that.

That created the strange file as shown in the attached screenshot.

Is this going to work for me?

you could compile the agent for Raspberry Pi following the instructions here:
