Create agent plugin not auto updating

Hi All,

Had issues with an older version of the plugin not connecting to boards, uninstalled it and installed the latest version cured the problem, this lead me to the knowledge that the plugin should auto update itself, but it did not.

Can anyone help me solve it?

Win10 home 32 latest build, Chrome browser Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (32-bit).
