This IC will solve my sinwave generator problem but i don't have any experience about sound applications so i was stuck about piezo elements and ultrasonic transducers can i use this tranducer http://www.sparkfun.com/products/8505 for my procet or what can i use to convert the sin wave to the sound?

Is it actually going to be a distance sensor? If so it will probably not work.
You don't have to have a sin wave anyway. A wave of any sort is made up from lots of sin waves of different multiples of the wave's frequency, so in many cases the natural filtering that takes place will give you a sin wave. For example if you hit an ultrasonic transducer with a 40KHz square wave or 40KHz sine wave the actual audio output is still a 40KHz sin wave.

Actually it isn't an ultrasonic range finder but very similiar. I wanna measure sound echo signal with a microphone and I have to analysis distance, phase of sound and frequency change on sound wave. Can i reach these specifications with square or triangular waves?
What is the power?
I haven't got any idea about to power but the distance between source and microphone should be 10 meters, it's enough for me and i guess max power (Vpp = 18V) 200 mW or 300mW is qualified.
Well using a square wave is going to be just as successful or unsuccessful as a sin wave.
It is going to annoy the hell out of people close by and it will have much less resolution because the frequency is lower.
I suspect that to get an echo that you can detect you will need to put out quite a bit of power, more in the watts range.
Best of luck with this but I don't hold out much chance for success.
