can anyone give me the code for program (and wiring diagram) to build a mini-weather station
I only have the ff materials:
Arduino UNO
BMP 280 sensor
128x64 OLED
8 pieces jumper wires
400 pts breadboard

How on earth did you end up with materials like that before having a circuit diagram and maybe some example code to try? You'd better get off your arse and doing some work for yourself, start googling
