Hi everyone, we have been working hard on a tool that lets you create a user interface in windows that can send and receive serial messages. Its part of a group of tools packaged with MegunoLink Pro. Built in are many generic controls such as text boxes, number controls, check boxes, progress bars and much more. They can all be combined in to serial messages to control various settings and trigger actions. It's also possible to update these controls from the Arduino end (think progress bars that indicate a measurement).
Check out a cool little demo with the traditional blink project now with configurable interval and activation time.
I really like this idea, is there any chance that once the interface is complete, it can be exported as a .exe file or something similar such that it could be sent to a computer without Meguno installed?
I believe this is the same person who asked through the website as well?
Just to fill others in who might be interested. All of the interface information is contained in the MegunoLink save file. This can be shared around and used on a second computer however it also needs to have a full copy of MegunoLink running on it.
