Creating circuit to power Arduino Nano BLE Sense rev2 independant of USB connection to computer

Hi! Does anyone have a circuit they've put together for the Arduino nano ble sense rev2, im trying to make a watch that uses the bluetooth function to connect to a central arduino thats connected to the computer and sends data back to it from an independant peripheral arduino. I also want to include a speaker and a vibrating motor thats connected to the arduino and can be triggered when I want it to. I have a code base set up and can modify depending on the circuit, and then im going to 3D printing a watch casing and strap some velcro to it to get it to stay on the wrist

Parts I currently have:

  • Breadboard
  • Arduino Nano BLE sense rev2 (3.3V)
  • 3.7V Lithium battery
  • MakerHawk 3.3V 3W speaker
  • simple coin vibrating motor

anything else I should buy for the circuit? I also have a 3V coin battery in case the 3.7 cant be used. Specific parts would be great, and if anyone knows how to set it up I'd appreciate it. I'm a bio major doing an EE project with arduinos so this is all foreign to me

Thanks!
