Creating .raw image files for UTFT_SdRaw.h to use?

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out how to actually create the image format that UTFT_SdRaw.h can use.
I've been scouring google for a while now and I really can't find what im supposed to use.
It wont accept images that come out of photoshop, irfanview, or coreldraw.
I'm a little stumped on this one..

I have some premade images that came with the project,
but thus far I haven't found anything that could decipher them.

Does anyone know the answer to this mystery?

UTFT comes with a utility e.g. on my PC:

C:\Users\David Prentice\Documents\Arduino\libraries\UTFT\Tools\ImageConverter565.exe

But there is also an online tool here
