I have spend quite some time now looking for some kind of reference manual for the Curie libraries, but so far I came up with nothing. I thought I found it at github, but all I got was a 404 error message…
Did they move somewhere or what happened?
At least I found the source code, but no reference information.
If you posted a link to the library in question, perhaps some real answers would result.
You mean the Error 404 one? Sure, I can do that…
Here's the link to CurieRTC that gave me the Error 404 message.
Now, I don't even know if this link is supposed to lead me to what I'm asking for here, it was just one of the few hits on Google that I thought was worth checking out before completely giving up. I suspect that the link only should lead to the source code, which I already have anyway…

Seeing as how the answers you are getting seem to infer that nobody knows what the hell those libraries are, maybe a link to where you got them would help. Or at least some sort of info that might help us figure out what libraries you are talking about.
Oh, sorry. Yes, of course. I don't have a link, I got them from within the Arduino IDE (version 1.6.8 Hourly Build 2015/12/23 04:34):
Tools → Board: "Arduino blah blah blah" → Boards Manager
Scroll down to:
Intel Curie Boards by Intel version 1.0.4
Hit Install
I also clicked ”More info” which gave me some information after some clicking, for instance some tutorials, but nothing on CurieRTC at all. And no reference manual.
Ah, yes. "Curie" is the Intel dual CPU module used on Arduino 101.
According to https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoard101, the Intel "RTOS and Framework" is supposed to go open-source in March...
