Current fixes documentation ? Just asking...

Just asking, not whining, so do not flame me , please.

Is there a list of current fixers implemented on official releases - similar to one published when 1.6.5 came out?

Are "nightly builds" fixes documented in ONE place also?

It would be helpful to let user decide to upgrade or not depending on the "problem fix" affecting / not affecting his code.

Case of point - printf is still ( 1.6.5.) not included in core and adding the (simple) code due to the rapid succession of releases is not very convenient, BUT NOT A MAJOR ISSUE!

These are the short versions:
Release Notes (1.6.5)

While we are here, on the forum, can you describe in detail the problems you expressed in this issue: Just FYI - User feedback is not wanted on Arduino.cc forums.

And once again there is a failure to provide adequate information.
