Current measurement using low side shunt resistor

Hi all,

I am trying to interface an atmel chip with a low side 75milliVolt shunt resistor for current measurement

Just wondering what would the best approach be. Commercial differential amplifier? DIY op-amp configured as voltage multiplier?
