current sensing in dc-dc circut

i am trying to measure current of solar cell connected to dc-dc converter

i have in my mind two option

1-
small value shunt resistor (like 5 ohm) between the two voltage divider resistor (10k and 2k)
so i will measure difference in voltage between the shunt resistor and then calculate the current by multiplying voltage difference x 5ohm (circuit is attached)

2 - using hall effect sensor , which i read that it is has lot of noise and it is not accurate.

the current that i am measuring (PV current) have triangle signal shape with freq around 100khz and 200ma p-p (photo attached)

my question is are these good option to measure this kind of current, if not , do you have any suggestions?

What are the "solar cell" voltage and current specifications?
