Hi all,
I'm trying to set up my Arduino Yun to read the current coming from a solar powered battery to my loads (typically small things like chargers for phones/iPads). My system is a 400W inverter attached to a 12 V battery (34Ah if it matters). The loads are plugged into a power strip that is connecting to the inverter. So I need to measure AC current and feed that data to the Arduino.
There is a good description of how to do this here (How to build an arduino energy monitor | Archived Forum), but this is set up using an Arduino that has a 3.5mm jack, where the YUN doesn't.
Any thoughts for measuring current using a YUN? Thanks.
