I am using the SEN-11005 to get current readings. We used the instructions from the OpenEnergyMonitor website for reading current only (OpenEnergyMonitor Website). The apparent values that I am seeing in the serial monitor are unreasonably high (fluctuates from 50 to 15000) when I test it on a Dremel that only uses 1.2 amps. What should I do to get more reasonable values?
Have you tried it with something that does not chop up the power sine wave the way your adjustable Dremel tool does? Such as an incandescent light or an electric heater!
