current through PC board

What kind of current can I put through this kind of board at 5 volts? I am asking because I found breadboards have a limit on the power rails of about 1 amp. Official Site - America's Technology Store

Several amps I should think - the only non-trivial parts of the board are 0.2" long traces about 0.08" wide, should take a couple
of amps without overheating OK. Adding a thick layer of solder on top of traces could improve current carrying slightly.

There are several online calculators for PCB trace current capacity depending on plating thickness, track width and allowable
temp rise.
