Charging current on what? If you're referring to a specific battery, often times they refer to charging current as #C, such as 1C, or 5C, meaning 1 times its capacity, or 5 times its capacity. So if you had a 1500mA battery, a 1C charge rate would be 1.5amps

Yeah, I'd say they mean between 0.2 and 1C, which for this cell would be between 200mA and 1A of charge current. That's a pretty standard charge rate for small low discharge lipos
