Custom audio for motorbike horn

Greetings,
I would love to have a motorbike with custom horn, more precisely machine gun horn. But I have no idea how to do it, could someone help me to plan it? I would want as controller arduino, not adafruit audio fx sound board, because I had bad experiences with that. My budget for this project is pretty low, I don't want to go over 30 €, so could someone please help me and tell me which components would I need for this project and if it is possible to not exceed my budget limit? Also just as an example for sound I would love to have as a horn is this:

We used to use a piece of cardboard in the front wheel held with a clothes peg.

Your application I fear would breach just about every traffic law know.

It's not like I would use this horn normally in the streets, I wouldn't modify the horn which I already have and is legal, this would be just additional horn, which I would use only infront of my friends. We have a little competition between us, who can make crazier idea.

OK, so we shall not bother with it and it has nothing to do with Arduinox in any case. :roll_eyes:
