Custom wireless lighting control

So I’m novice at best when it comes to programming. I have an idea for some outdoor lighting control that I want to do. I know the idea is fairly simple but I’m not capable of programming it myself.

Basically it’s a small set of wireless controlled lights for a small go kart track for my son. I want to be able to hit a button from a home station and that button wireless tell the lights to do different things. The LED lights I’m using are RGBWA lights so I’ll want to have multiple scenes programmed that different buttons would activate.

I’m willing to pay for this if someone could help me with the programming.

It would be helpful to list the specifics of your hardware including MCU/Arduino and other ancillaries.

Sounds feasible, but indeed need schematics for starters, plus a description of how that one button is doing different things (pick a pattern at random?), and what those different things are exactly.
