Customer Groups?

I have a quick question regarding Arduino's 'customer groups.'

Not too long ago I purchased an Arduino Braccio, a robotic arm kit that interfaces with most arduino boards. However, after some time, certain parts began to give out on the robot. Thankfully, Arduino sells a 'rescue kit' with replacements for parts that I'm assuming are known to wear out with use. However, upon trying to add this item to my cart, the website tells me the following : "YOUR CUSTOMER GROUP IS NOT ALLOWED TO BUY THIS PRODUCT."

Can anyone please explain why this is and how I can go about getting the product? What are these 'customer groups' and what do they mean? I don't understand how its possible for me to buy the robot, but not the parts I need to maintain it. I'll have the product linked below.

https://store.arduino.cc/usa/tinkerkit-braccio-rescue-kit

Appears to be general geographic region. The store has two options: America, Asia, Oceania or Europe, Africa. I get the same message with the first option selected. With the second selected the item is added to the cart.

I have no idea how you should proceed.

Information passed along upstairs.
With any luck they may contact you in the next few days.

Bob.

Hello Chris,

Thank you for sharing your issue with the Arduino community.

Could you please try again to order the product? Apparently there was bug in the store that should now be fixed.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I do hope the OP's problem has now been solved.

However fixing bugs on an ad-hoc basis does not inspire confidence. The code should have been properly tested before being released to the public.
